8老師，我先生剛通過EB1申請拿到綠卡，象我這樣的配偶申請綠卡提交資料後打概多長時間知道是否批準？

還有，如果一切正常，多久可拿到綠卡？因為我的簽證2017年5月中旬到期，明年1月底生小朋友，我已經在美國5年。如果在簽證到期前還沒有進展，我應該申請何種簽證啊？謝謝！

-Do nothing. You can legally stay in US during the I-485 pending after your I-94 expires. If you want to travel to China during this period of time, you need to apply for advance parole to travel.
