One of the Mom who is going to visit her son in Boston area was just deported yesterday with Hainan Airline. Her son is under 18 years old and submitted immigration petition, he purchased airline ticket using the money from her Mom but was told by immigration officer this is illegal because of his ago qualification, I never heard about this before ! how this happened so seriously ? thanks await your help!
-I don't think it is the true reason on her rejection to enetr US. Perhaps she visited US too often, and the IO was not happy.
