8老師，我2012年來美國，當時是L2簽證，2013年教中文56個小時，2014年教中文96小時，均已報稅，但當時不知道工作需要許可。2015年回國續簽了簽證，到期時間是2017年5月。現在我先生EB1申請的綠卡下來了，我申請綠卡時教中文的經曆會不會造成拒簽啊？屬於非法打工的範圍嗎？我在美國生了一個女兒，2017年1月將生第二個孩子，如果拒簽，我該如何處理？謝謝！

-Because it happened before your last entry using a new visa, this illegal working history has been automatically removed. In other words, it will not affect your green card application, and you even don't need to report it in Form I-485 (i.e. say "No" if asked whether you have illegal work).
