8老師，我2012年來美國，當時是L2簽證，2013年教中文56個小時，2014年教中文96小時，均已報稅，但當時不知道工作需要許可。2015年回國續簽了簽證，到期時間是2017年5月。現在我先生EB1申請的綠卡下來了，我申請綠卡時教中文的經曆會不會造成拒簽啊？屬於非法打工的範圍嗎？我在美國生了一個女兒，2017年1月將生第二個孩子，如果拒簽，我該如何處理？謝謝！
