請教兩個關於medicare的問題

在美國：

1，本人繳稅不滿十年，丈夫繳稅超過十年，本人年滿65 歲以後，可否享受Medicare?

2，綠卡和入籍在享受Medicare上有什麽區別？各州之間有差別嗎？

望知道有關信息的朋友告知。謝謝。
