Thanks for your information and answer.
I filed my I485(EB1) in June of 2002 at NSC.Now it's still pending. I got a new offer( the same field as my former job) at VSC area. So I'm worried about maybe my application will be transfered to VSC if I file AC21, but I don't know it's OK or not if Immigation officer know my job is changed and don't inform them. Do you have any suggestion about it? Thanks
