Question for N-400 Application - Please help

Hi Experts,

I have following questions in the N-400 application. Please help.

1. I had one traffic ticket before I got my greencard. Should I include this in item 23 of part 12?
2. I did not keep the paper records, how could I provide the evidence in the application?
