給FBI找點事做 – FBI NAME CHECK

根據FOIA/PA, 個人可以向政府機構, 如FBI要求檢索自己的或者其它的資料, 如FBI的中央記錄係統(CRS)的主文件檢索.  這實際上是2個法規:  FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) , 不是公民/綠卡者要根據FOIA要求 FBI NAME CHECK; PA (privacy act of 1974),  適用於公民/綠卡者要求 FBI NAME CHECK.

I 公民/綠卡: 
1. 到https://efoia.fbi.gov/#terms  (隻有東部8:00-5:00才能用)
2. 選 Yes, I accept the term of service -> Continue
3. 填上您的EMAIL, 選 I’m not a robot -> Submit
4. 您會收到EMAIL, 從其中的LINK到FBI 的eFOIAPA網頁填上您的資料
5. I am making this request on behalf of: Myself
6. Address:
7. Subject: 填您的名字:  LAST, FIRST
