8老師，eVUS的voluntary enrollment在哪裏弄？

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) expects to begin accepting early EVUS enrollments on a voluntary basis in mid-October, before enrollments become mandatory on November 29, 2016.

現在已經十月底了，我沒看見哪裏可以辦理。
