我老婆之前申請h4簽證並入境，目前她的簽證上有我所在公司的名字，但是我現在要跳槽到新公司，新公司目前在幫我辦h1b transfer，新公司請的律師告訴我，我老婆的h4也要辦，

這個是有必要的麽？

-Not at all unless the H-4 I-94 will expire very soon. H-4 status is irrelevant to the employer.
