移民局寄出來的返美證被USPS寄丟了，在網上e-request了重新再寄，但給了tracking number之後讓聯係USPS。USPS給了case#並且確定丟了，但再次request了也沒有用。給移民局打了電話，被告知不能重做，需要重新file I-131但不用交錢和打指紋，但新申請被打了回來，說是因為沒有繳費，給NSC的follow-up email發信也沒回。有啥建議啊，人在國內，回去重新申請很費勁，多謝多謝！

-You may just visit the local USCIS Office to see whether the IO has some solution or suggestion to you. I don't think there is someone who can help you except the IO in USCIS (if any).
