我侄女藥學院藥學博士畢業， 做了一年的藥學住院醫。把OPT給用了， 沒找到工作， 隻能再回學校讀書， 讀了個藥學的管理，POLICY 兩年的碩士， 想一邊學一邊找工作， 但用人單位都覺得她好， 想要她， 但又苦於沒有身份， 都說隻要你有PRE-OPT， 我們雇了你， 就可以給你辦H1， 但她沒有OPT了， 沒辦法， 想到CPT， 但現在她的課程好像沒有提到有CPT， 她也很發愁， 想著不行就回國， 但她學的這個專業， 回國也用不上， 不知道您給看看還有什麽辦法沒有。

-She may ask the professor to see whether there is any course which requies CPT (even if it is not required in her degree plan, i.e. it is eletive course), then register the ocurse to get CPT. Another choice is that she may find a job at a college/university or non-profit research institution, thus she can apply for non-cap H-1B any time.

She also has a choice though it is not very good: change her status to J-1 to work. She can apply for J-1 waiver later to get H-1B and apply for green card later.
