Sponsor F4家庭移民，還在等排期，想提前退休，如果沒有固定的工資收入，對被申請人的移民簽證有多大影響？ 本人家庭加被擔保人算8個吧，如果用資產擔保，需要多少？資產擔保是不是很容易被拒？謝謝！

If you use the property to support, then it is 5 times of the required amount. For example, if the required amount is $10,000, and your salary is $6,000. Thus, you need to have the property (e.g. bank deposit, house) which value in cash is at least: $4,000 X 5 = $20,000.
