下麵是我收到的H-1申請的事項。您看該怎末理解呢？我是在4個月內不能外出旅行，包括回國嗎？怎末寫這個Travel plan好呢？這個要求是不是隻針對美國境內的申請者呢？
真是暈頭轉向。謝謝回答！

Please list all travel plans outside the US for the next 4 months。While the H-1B petition is pending adjudication, travel outside of the US is restricted. Being made aware of your travel plans in advance will aid the HR in advising you with regard to travel as it relates to the filing of an H-1B petition.
