謝謝8老師，我們一直在尋找合適的律師，見過三個律師事務所，其中一個建議在本州取得guardianship，然後申請630，我不是很喜歡這種方式。小侄兒很高興能被我收養，我也很愛他。8老師能否就這種方法提出建議

By the way, you also need to know the Chinese Adoption Law to see how to adopt a child from China by a non- Chinese citizen. I have seen some Chinese-born US ciztiens like you to adopt their relatives' chidren successfully.
