請問你的money order是由你自己直接出給CIS的呢，還是交給你的雇用單位由他們交給CIS呢？我的大學要我交Check,但看你的情況交money order也可以嗎？多謝分享你的情報！
此外，你的問題我知道一些。如果你在國外，money order可以換成你所在地的貨幣，隻交一點匯率的手續費即可。再US,當然還是$.
