請問在幫個孩子填I－５３９表把身份從P４轉到F１，有幾處不明請老師指點。

１）想確認一下P４身份沒有A－NUMBER 可填。-Right. Just leave it blank.

２）PART ３， １a 是否不添， （意為不是P４延期）， -Right. Leave it blan, and just check "1.b. ... are seeking Duraton of Status (D/S)" in Part 3 (F-1 status duration is D/S).

還是填寫I－２０的學習結束時間 （意為F１截止時間）,

還是填寫I－２０的開學時間（意為變更舊的P４原本截止時間提前到新的F１開始時間）

3) Part 3, 1b, 提前此處是否是指新的F１截止時間為D／S？是否應該在此項畫叉？-Right.

4) 準備附加材料除了為F１的I－２０，I－９４，護照，經濟證明外，還須準備證明原來P４的相關材料嗎，-No.

如其家長P nonimmigrant worker的I－１２９，I－７９７，I－９４及親屬關係證明嗎？-No.

5) 郵寄地址應為歸類為P-4 dependents 的 USCIS Vermont Service Center-No.

的， 還是All other Forms I-539 的 USCIS Dallas Lockbox，-Yes.

我就沒明白，因為在All other Forms I-539類中還提到 including: A Form I-539 filed separately from a principal’s Form I-129, with the exception of a Form I-539 filed by P-4 dependents of major league athletes or support personnel.

-It means the P-4 holder files I-539 to change status from P-4 to another status in this case, not for extenion of P-2.
