父母現在在美國，可10月要回去有事情，怕在美國申請來不及等AP. 現在考慮是否回國申請綠卡。有以下問題：
1, 在美申請和在國內申請的處理時間會相差多少？-About one year. 現在大概是多長時間？
2, 在美申請和在國內申請的費用相差多少？-The official fee only: about $460 less in China comparing to in US
3, 國內申請一定會麵試，美國不一定，是嗎?-Right.
4, 國內申請是否可以用美國的體檢報告？ -No.（父母年紀大了，這邊體檢我帶這去方便，國內要自己到醫院去擠，比較麻煩）
5，國內申請的手續是否我們在這邊都可以幫著操作，他們隻需麵試就行？-Yes. I suggest they had better apply for it in US, if possible because it is very inconvenient for them to travel to Guangzhou to apply for the immigration visa. They can apply for emergency AP to travel. The only problem is that they need to do the fingerprinting which takes more time to wait.
