請教8老師 H1-B 裁員，Transfer H1-B Labor Application 的時間

前麵看8老師回複小豬不倒講是裁員後30天之內file 了H1-B Transfer 的申請應該問題不大，看完後
覺得有些放心，結果今天和律師談這事，他說從接受offer， 開始準備到 file 上去至
少要8天的時間，因為 Labor Application 要等移民局審批，這個審批過程要七天。還
說如果公司近幾年沒辦過 H1-B，審批的時間可能更長。這個律師的說法靠譜不？ 有沒
有什麽靠譜的律師推薦!
