您好！您的細致回答讓我和父親都放心了許多。又有一個問題想向您請教。我查閱了一下網上的資料，發現有人表示黨員容易被要求補件或是接受半年左右的審查，請問8老師，這一情況是否屬實？
由於主要受益人母親去世，我和父親的申請已經成為separate cases （NVC如是說）。正常情況是主要受益人持綠卡入關之前附屬受益人都無法入關，那麽現在我和父親之間有誰必須先入關的關係嗎？
-No. The 主要受益人 is your mother, not your father. Because your mother passed away, it is fine for you to enter US personally.
由於我們希望繼續申請的原因是希望我和父親能在美國相聚，請問8老師，若是父親接受長時間的審查，是否我的護照也會被扣留在領事館很久？
-Irrelevant.
審查過程中我可以先用F-1學生簽返美嗎？
-No due to immigrant intent.
有可能我先被批準綠卡嗎？-Yes.
最後一個小問題，請問移民局發約見信是通過email方式嗎？-Yes. 會發到申請人還是每一個約見受益人的郵箱？
-Depends on whether you have hired a lawyer or appointed a agent (e.g. your aunt) to receive the NVC letters for you. Normally, NVC will ask you to appoint an agent to receive the NVC letter for you during NVC process your case. You had better appoint your aunt to be the agent for you when you receive NVC agent appointment form (DS-261). Then, NVC will send the interview appointment notice to your aunt. See:
