問題1：遞交I-824表，需要什麽材料證明老公符合這類，除了結婚證公證外，還需要什麽？

問題2：如果I-824表批準後，他需要準備什麽材料或表格去廣州美國大使館申請簽證？

問題3：簽證獲批後，是進入美國後拿綠卡嗎？
-Yes. He will be green card holder immediately after he enters US using the immigrant visa, and USCIS will send him the plastic green card in about one month.
還是有別的相關手續嗎？-No.
問題4：在這期間他能以B2簽證過來探親嗎？有什麽風險嗎？-Probably no due to immigrant intent.
問題5：黨員身份會影響簽證及綠卡申請嗎？請給建議？
