-No, but you may be requested to provide the evidence of your child support later for the green card application (not need it at this point until USCIS ask for it later, if any).
有必要更改離婚的判決嗎？
-No.
2，擔保的問題，有無可能是自保，就是證明我自己的資金狀況？
-Not at all. Your money can not be used to support yourself for immigration.
