親戚來美玩，買了郵輪票卻丟失了護照 :( 準備去領館申請新護照(或申請一個旅行證）。有沒有可能用這個新的護照，加上老護照和簽證的複印件，再加上向報失的police report，去乘坐郵輪呢？多謝！

-With the new passport, he can leave US for the travel, but he can not reenter US without a valid visa stamp on the passport. The photocopy of the visa will not work. He needs to get the repalcement of visa in China or apply for a new one in the future. See:
