-No. The green card is void. She may try to apply for SB-1 visa in the US Consulate in Guangzhou to come back which will reinstate her green card, but SB-1 visa is not easy to get. See these links for SB-1 visa application:

Another choice is that she may abandon her green card in any one of the US Consulates in China, and then applies for B-2 visa to enter US. She can apply for the green card again if she still has the qualification.
