想邀請國內非直屬親戚（姐夫）來美國住一段時間養病（肺癌，需要新鮮空氣），但自己經濟情況不佳。聽說可以讓國內親戚自己擔保。不過姐夫不太懂得如何操作，一切大概都隻有靠我（除了錢以外）。請問如果我邀請他來旅遊，但讓他自己擔保，這樣的情況，需要填寫那個表格？

-Not need any. You just need to provide the invitation letter to invite him to visit you, and also provide the copy of your status, e.g. copy of your US citizenship, green card, H-1B aprpoval, whichever applies to you. He needs to provide the financial proof, etc. for the visa interview. Read these links for B-2 visa application:
