我現在是F2B排期，如果是按B表，我有2年就可以填I-485了，但因為今年抽中了工簽，需要回中國更新VISA,如果我走F2B的A表，當然不影響什麽， 但我希望走F2B的B表，請問，我如果中國更新VISA,可以仍然是走B表嗎？請老師幫忙解答。謝謝！
-If you want to apply for the immigrant visa in China, you can submit the immigrant visa application based on the B Form, but you will not get the immigrant visa untill your PD is current based on A Form. So, it takes the nearly same time length for you to get the green card no matter whether you apply for the immigrant visa based on B form or you file I-485 to get the green card within US based on A form.
