我和太太去年10月結婚，I130已經批準。她本來是F1, 我們等排期送485。但現在一個問題，她今年春季在學校修了幾門On line 課程。當時Adviser說沒有問題。現在我們知道On line 課程最多可以算3 credit. 這樣導致她沒有修夠12點，也就不是full time student. 她的F1就terminated. 我們昨天才知道。現在要申請reinstate F1. 不知道能不能reinstate?
-Yes. If she has been out of status for less than 5 months, then the F-1 reinsatement will be approved much easier. But if it is for > 5 months, then she may have a problem (need to show the evidence and explain it convincingly). Talk to the school International Student Office and file I-539 application for reinstatement of F-1 as soon as possible.
另外即使reinstate, 她也out of staus 幾個月。這樣的情況能不能在美國Adjust status?大謝先
