Her husband can not kick her out without supporting her living fee. Call 911 if any violence occurs. Some marriage-related lawyer can provde the service first, and then get paid later after the case is complete (she will get some money from the property divsion and living supprot after divorce). In some state, the husband may be required to pay the lawyer fee for divorce.
