隨RFE寄來的信封太小，另外想寄特快。可以用特快信封，把隨RFE寄來的信封放裏麵麽？

-Cut the entire front side of the small USCIS envelop which has the USCIS receipt address and paste it to the front side of the large envelop which contains your response materials to the RFE. Then, mail the large envelop to USCIS.

另外，主副一起寄，還是分兩個信封寄？

-Send them in two separate envelops because it is two RFEs.
