HI : 請問巴老師和各位專家：我國內父母申請移民簽證，已經通過了廣州的麵試，請問拿到護照和簽證之後多長時間內必須入境？體檢中心說必須在體檢有效期限之內入境（3個月）. 是這樣的嗎? -No. 謝謝！！

-The immigrant visa normaly valid for 180 days (there is expration date on the visa), and they have to enter US before the visa expires.
