謝謝8老師回複！Notice of intent to deny 中提到“Submit the evidence to the address listed in the top right corner of the first page." 那個地址是field office 的地址。我想應該寄去就行。問題是，Record of Sworn Statement (Fingerprints) 裏麵寫道“I, _____, acknowledge that the above named officer has identified himself/herself to administer oaths and take testimony in connection with the enforcement of the Immigration and Nationality laws of the United States. He/she has informed me that he/she desires to take my sworn statement regarding: ____________. ....... I swear that I will tell the truth the whole truth....." 然後下麵就問有沒有犯過罪等幾個簡單問題。這個sworn statement 的最下麵兩行是: Sworn and subscribed before me: signature of USCIS officer, signature of Witness. 這個讀起來好像是說我父母應該在這個麵試官前發誓，並且當麵簽這個文件。

上次麵試的時候，他並沒有要我父母發誓，然後就寄了這個文件過來。總覺得這個sworn statment應該當麵簽。所以我想到infopass. 如果就這麽寄去, Signature of witness 就先空著是嗎？麻煩８老師了！

-Then, your parents need to go to the local USCIS Office to sign the statement in front of the IO there. Also bring the Police calerance Letter (from US and no criminal record (from China) to the local USCIS Office (not need to mail it).
