尊敬的8老師，

我前一段時間準備和遞交了材料（I130和I485），最近收到移民局的信要求修改（request for Initial Evidence （I485).

兩項內容都是關於I864的：1） Form I 864， Affidavit of support，was submitted, however, page 3, part 4 of the petitioner/sponsor's Form I864 list someone other than the petitioner/sponsor or page 3, part 4 is blank.

我認真檢查了一下，我確實漏填了第三頁左邊關於丈夫的姓名，右邊和第四頁他的信息都填了。

2） Form I864 was submitted from a joint sponsor, however, the names listed on Page 1 and page 3 are not the same.

我漏填了第三頁關於丈夫的姓名，是不是因此造成page 1 and page 3 names list 不符？我不明白為何說I864 was submitted from a joint sponsor? I checked 1a in Part 1 under my husband's name. 我自己有工作收入，但是他的收入超過規定的收入很多，我們決定由他一人擔保這樣可以省麻煩提交多人的材料。

關於這兩項指控，我除了補填第三頁的丈夫姓名信息外，還要改寫其他部分麽？
