五月初遞交的485 和EAD申請，排期大倒退，隻能期待先用EAD。 但是H-1B 馬上就失效， 同時需要換工作，所以不打算辦 H-1B 延期，這樣會不會影響EAD的申請？

-No. But technically, you can not work until your EAD application is approved.  You may discuss with your employer to see whether they can hold your salary until your EAD is approved, thus USCIS may not find your work during the EAD application pending.

等待期間是否能合法停留美國等？

-Yes.
