我母親於今年5月以B-2 visa來到美國，我本人是公民，應該什麽時候可以給我媽媽申請綠卡？

按照這個網頁，好像沒有約束。實際情況是如何？

-You had better do it after about 3 months from the date your mother entered US using B-2 visa.
