1），18.a我應該填YES or NO?
-Say "No" because you did not file the tax return of 2013.
另外， 我準備了2015，2014 和2012年的tax return transcript,，是不是18.b打勾了，就要全交，不打勾就交2015年的就可以了？

2）. 19.a. : Most recent 是2015 tax year, 2nd Most recent 是2014 tax year, 3rd Most recent 是2013 tax year 因為我2013沒有報稅，填 $0,

還是可以填2012 tax year （我報稅了）?
3）, 20，我2013沒有報稅，我需要打勾嗎？
-Yes, and epxlain it and provide the evidence that your income was below the IRS requied level.
另外，我需要在Page12上寫說明為什麽沒有報稅嗎？
