-Yes, provide the copy of her passport including the TD visa page and her TD I-94. Also provide the copy of your TN approval notice, the copy of your marriage certificate and your recent 3 month paycheck stubs.
2.如果她在美國加拿大使館RENEW 她的TN ，會不會由於有I-140批準，而遇到麻煩？
-No. The I-140 is irrelevant to your wife.
您建議在美國境內RENEW她的TD 還是在加拿大美國使館RENEW她的TD?
