我媽綠卡已拿了十一年， 在美的總年頭已超五年，但是I-400 表上隻能填最近五年在美呆的天數，加起來也不到一年半，這樣可以申請公民嗎？ 多謝！

-No. Your mother is not qualified for N-400 filing at this time. She has to stay in US for at least 30 months within the last 5 years when she files N-400.
