我是follow -up to join 綠卡申請者。 我老公是美國綠卡持有者。 我現在在加拿大居住。 nvc已經review my case. 但是他們說六月的visa bullitin 已滿。

 

據我所知， spouse follow up to join 沒有排期。

-Not true.  You need to check your spouse's I-140 or I-130 priority date to see whether it is current though he has got his green card. If it is current, then you can justify it to NVC and ask them to continue to process your case there. The priority date is on the I-140 or I-130 approval notice.
