8老師，老婆前天在的時候，我讓她把I-131和I-765完成的表格簽名了，她昨天回國去了, 8月底拿著h4回來。我的問題是，我能幫她renew advance parole嘛？

-No. The I-131 and I-765 has to be filed when she is physically present in US.

好像有聽人說過，有她人不在這裏不能renew advance parole的說法，有點擔心，不會出問題吧
