我是F1,我兒子是F2,六歲，我母親70歲，是B2,8月到期，現在均在美國。
如果暑假我母親帶我兒子去加拿大，逗留一個月左右，B2到期前回來，入境美國時兩人在簽證方麵分別有何風險，尤其是我兒子沒有我陪伴是否有問題？
另外我姐姐會在暑假前後為我母親申請綠卡，如果入境時已申請而未批下來，入境有何風險？
