我在一個非E-verify的公司工作，是permanent position，但是公司除了我之外隻有一個full time的researcher。我的OPT還有幾個月就到期了。請問8老師，如果老板願意, 這樣的公司可以幫我辦理O-1嗎？

如果可以，需要我回國簽證嗎？

-No if the O-1 petition is filed before your OPT expires or within 60 days after OPT expires.
