上次我請教過您我的Case

現在中國出生，EB-2，APPLICATION FINAL ACTION DATES 是2012年9月1日了，我的Priority Date是2012年2月底，可是還是沒有等到綠卡。

請律師問了一下，下麵是移民局的回複：

The status of this service request is:

We have received your service request and researched the status of your case. Your case is currently with an adjudicating officer. You should receive a decision or notice of further action within 60 days.

 

請問這個狀態正常嗎？這個60天有準嗎？再次感謝8老師！
