大家好,

如果作為美國公司派回國工作的人員, 每年在中國工作時間會比較長的時候, 據說可以申請一個travel permit來保證不影響綠卡狀態, 有效期兩年, 綠色封麵, 護照大小... 不知道是不是大家說的回美證? 申請的話, 是要填DS131麽? 如果不是, 請指點具體的文件

-It is "Reentry permit". File I-131 to apply for it following I-131 Instructions. See:
