因為個人原因 我準備將美國國籍轉換回中國國籍

美國中領館告知 他們收到我的中國入籍申請後 通過

國內公安機關核實我舊有的中國護照和中國戶籍情況後

會通知我去辦放棄美國國籍 中領館在收到我的退籍證明後

發給我新的中國護照。

我的問題是放棄美國國籍的程序是否可以在美國境內完成？

-No. It has to be done in the US Consulate outside US. See:

如果一定要在第三國完成 比如我到加拿大或墨西哥美國領事館

完成放棄美國國籍程序 是否還可以持原有的美國護照進入美國

並在美國接收最後的放棄美國國籍證明書？

-You can not use the US passport any more and actually, your US passport will be taken away after you take the oath on Renunciation of U.S. Nationality. The proof of renunciation will be issued to you immediately at that time. After you give up the US citizenship, you can visit US like any other Chinese citizens to apply for a non-immigration visa. Also, you can apply for green card again if you meet the requirement, but you will never be a US citizen anymore.
