我是EB-3 中國，I-140上 優先日期是 8/19/2014， 從三月開始排期I-485交件時期 一直是 5/01/2015
我三月底 Filed I-485 to Arizona， 半月後包裹退回被拒， 原因是 我的排期未當前。 我重新檢查後認定自己的交件排期當前（final action decision 未到） 所以四月中又將包裹寄出並附信 解釋一番， 不料想 又被退回 理由同上。第一次以為他們粗心搞錯了， 可第二次又被拒。
真搞不懂我哪搞錯了？ 望指點迷津 萬分感謝！
-USCIS changed the I-485 filing rule for employment-based category for March and April, and the I-485 filing was based on whether your PD was earlier than the Final Action Date, not the Date for Filing. So, you were not qualifed for filing I-485 in March or April.
