我的OPT 8月底就要到期了，打算現在用485申請EAD。想確認一下I-765表格的填寫內容。
我本科畢業和碩士畢業都申請過EAD，所以這次是第三次申請了。請問在765上我需要把前兩次的申請都寫出來嗎？

除了提供copy of 485 receipt, 還需要提供其他材料嗎？比如I-94的複印件， etc。？請問我應該提供打指紋的那張notice還是最初收到的I-797C， or both？

關於I-131。請問這個一般需要多久可以拿到？申請成功的話有使用期限嗎？近期沒有打算出境，那麽date of intended departure和expected length of trip該怎麽填寫？

如果申請了，USCIS會給多長時間的？

我的application type應該是1d（applying for advanced parole for temporary foreign travel）嗎？

如果這樣我是不是就隻需要填寫I-131的part1，2，3，4，7？Part7裏intend for use this document是應該選擇one trip or more than one trip?這個會有什麽影響嗎？

這個document過期後可以再申請嗎？
