請問8老師，

母親持B1簽證已經來美未到三個月，父親身體原因還在國內，短期內不能來美。

我可以先給父親申請綠卡，然後等母親入境三個月再給母親申請嗎？

-Yes. Then, indicated on the I-130 that your father will apply for the immigrant visa in China.
