最近TSC針對party member 485申請發了一批RFE
有 一部分RFE，上麵直接寫了： you statement comes from a widely used template online,要求sworn statement 和evidence。但是evidence裏麵要求提供的退黨證明和黨認可你退黨的證據，根本無法獲得。在這種情況下，應該如何應對呢？
-You have to provide what the RFE asks. You may ask the Party member who worked with you and knows you to provide a letter, and then provide that letter for the RFE.
1）是不是隻剩下file i601一條路了？那什麽時候file，是越早越好麽？
2）party member是不是劇485的理由？
-Not really, but you need to provide the statement addressing why you joined the Party (e.g. for employment and/or promotion). You had better write the statement by yourself, not just copy the template form internet (it worked before, but after too many people copied it, USCIS may feel something strange).
我看到移民法上說，隻要有美國籍直係親屬，都可以豁免拿到綠卡。是這樣的麽？
3）鑒於這樣的情況，關於party member的statement,能不能請8老師指點一下怎麽寫？
