哥哥移民排期到。case已經移到NVC。哥哥想延後2到3年等退休後再來。問題:

1. 最長可以延遲多久？

2. 可以在中國國內辦理延長？還是要來美國辦理？

3. 要等NVC通知我後再申請嗎？需要填什麽表格？
