請問8老師，父母是綠卡持有者，在中國住了幾乎1年，剛回到美國。但是國內有急事，我父母需要回去一趟。請問該怎麽做才能保住綠卡？謝謝
-They had better retunr to US within 3 months (not more than 6 months). If the CBP officer ask why they travel to China too often, just explain it. Don't sign Form I-407 if the officer give them trouble when they return, and insist to enter US even if thet have to go to the court (just in case, and probably it wont' happen).
