請問8老師，姐姐在等移民，他兒子想來美讀書，麵試官如果問小孩子他的父母是否申請移民，他麵試的成功率會很低嗎？

-No. He is not considered to have immigrant intent yet (your sister has, but not the child at this point). Just tell the truth if asked.
